React / Full Stack Developer

Experience: 2–4 Years

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design
  • Experience with Vite and modern frontend build tools
  • Good understanding of State Management using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar
  • Ability to build and maintain reusable global components
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices
  • Understanding of MVP, MVC, and MVVM architecture patterns
  • Good knowledge of REST APIs and API integration and development
  • Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization, including JWT and role-based access
  • Good knowledge of API error handling, validation, pagination, and security
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of memory leaks, performance issues, race conditions, and deadlocks
  • Experience with Git and Git-based workflows
  • Understanding of unit testing and basic integration testing
  • Good understanding of browser debugging and developer tools
  • Basic understanding of web security and HIPAA requirements
  • Good English communication skills for working with internal teams and clients

  • Understand existing codebases and debug issues independently
