Role Overview
The Senior IT Recruiter is our technical talent scout and closer. You are an expert at navigating the tech landscape and possess the "hustle" required to fill complex roles in record time. You will manage your own pipeline end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers while ensuring candidates have a flawless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • High-Velocity Sourcing: Own a desk of 812 active technical roles, maintaining a consistent pipeline of pre-screened, high-quality candidates.
  • Niche Hunting: Beyond LinkedInyou are expected to find talent on GitHub, Stack Overflow, and through deep-web sourcing.
  • End-to-End Ownership: From initial intake meetings with Engineering Leads to negotiating complex salary packages and overseeing the onboarding paperwork.
  • Process Optimization: Identify "friction points" in the interview process and suggest ways to shave days off the time-to-hire.
  • Candidate Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring white-glove service through the coordination of interviews and the final onboarding stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 5-7 years of dedicated IT recruitment experience.
  • Speed: Proven ability to close 10+ technical roles per month in a competitive market.
  • Negotiation: Strong ability to handle counter-offers and "sell" the company's vision to passive candidates.
  • Independence: Highly organized and capable of managing a heavy req-load without constant supervision.
