About the Role
Vidushi Infotech is seeking a seasoned AI Consultant to serve as a high-level technical expert for AI Adoption Roadmap. You will act as a consistent technical partner, guiding organizations through the cultural, capability-building, and technological scaling phases of AI integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Support the four-phase AI Adoption Roadmap (Foundations → Enablement → Identification → Implementation).
- Solution Shaping: Lead "Deep Dive" workshops to map current processes and design AI-enabled process improvements.
- Technical Sales Support: Attend sales and IT calls to answer complex technical stack questions during the initial foundation stages.
- Accelerator Development: Co-run office hours and identify opportunities to create small accelerators, such as Custom GPTs, based on emerging training needs.
- Vendor-Agnostic Planning: Produce effort, risk, and stack-fit comparisons to help clients select the right tools while avoiding over-engineering.
- Incremental Piloting: Guide the transition from identification to engineering delivery, favoring incremental pilots and clear documentation (runbooks).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 10–14 years of professional experience in IT solutions, with a strong focus on disruptive technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Data Science).
- Technical Breadth: Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems including OpenAI/Gemini, Python, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and automation platforms like Make.com or Zapier.
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Understanding of cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and how to integrate AI within a client's existing Microsoft or standardized stack.
- Consultative Mindset: Ability to "listen deeply" and co-create solutions that empower teams rather than replace them.
