Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Spanish Language Expert who will be responsible for managing end-to-end communication with Spanish-speaking clients, gathering project requirements, and ensuring smooth project delivery. This role involves client interaction, requirement analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to meet project timelines and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1.Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients.
2.Handle email, call, and video communication in Spanish with professionalism and clarity.
3.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience.
4.Interact with clients to understand and document project requirements in detail.
5.Translate client needs into clear internal briefs for the operations, technical, and delivery teams.
6.Ensure all requirements are accurately captured, validated, and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
7.Coordinate with internal teams (operations, tech, quality, delivery) to ensure project requirements are understood.
8.Track project progress, proactively address challenges, and ensure timely completion.
9.Schedule and lead internal and client meetings for updates, clarifications, and feedback.
