Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to join our growing team at Vidushi Infotech. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, a passion for sales. Proven track record of selling Digital Marketing and IT Services is a Must. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through various online and offline channels.
• Conduct client meetings, online demos, and presentations to showcase company services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team to deliver tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales pipelines and prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Create compelling marketing and sales collaterals; experience using modern AI tools for collateral development is a significant advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing and IT services is a MUST. Experience with AI-Tech selling or a strong understanding of how to position AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools. (Eg: Zoho CRM)
• Proficiency in developing marketing and sales collaterals with use of AI tools.
Education:
• Graduate / Postgraduates in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, IT, or a related field is required.
