Key Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible to create Job Descriptions for various vacancies in the organization in coordination with Hiring Managers.
  • Sourcing, screening, conducting and scheduling interviews of candidates as per requirement
  • Salary Negotiations, creating Salary Structures.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions as per allocated budget.
  • Timely on-boarding of resources.
  • Create and maintain necessary Recruitment Report and Trackers.

Qualifications:
  • MBA is mandatory.
  • Preferring candidates within 8 kms radius of Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HR IT recruitment with HR Consultancy.
  • Should have knowledge of using various job portals and social sites for recruitments.
  • Excellent in Written and Verbal communication in English.
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
  • Strong in work planning and time-management.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Eye for details.
  • Should be proficient with Microsoft word, excel and power point.
